These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Aplomia, operated by Aplomia, LLC (“Aplomia,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using Aplomia you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What Aplomia is
Aplomia provides general educational financial tools and articles. Tools calculate estimates based on the inputs you provide and explain those calculations in plain language.
Aplomia is not a financial advisor, financial planner, lender, broker, tax professional, investment adviser, legal advisor, or fiduciary. Nothing on this site is personalized financial, tax, legal, investment, or retirement advice. See our Disclaimer for the full explanation.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Aplomia. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement.
Permitted use
You may use Aplomia for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Specifically, you may:
- use any tool to estimate your own financial figures
- save results to a personal account
- share a link to a page or tool
- embed a publicly available embed widget on your own site if the embed code is provided by Aplomia
Prohibited use
You may not:
- scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest Aplomia content at scale without written permission
- reproduce, resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute Aplomia tools, content, or results
- use Aplomia to train machine-learning models without written permission
- attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract underlying calculation logic, source code, or data models
- submit false, misleading, or harmful inputs intended to manipulate tool outputs
- use the site in any way that violates applicable law
- impersonate another person or entity
- interfere with or disrupt the site or its servers
Accounts
Creating an account requires a valid email address and a password you choose. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Aplomia may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for an extended period.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. See our Privacy Policy for information about data deletion.
Accuracy of results
Every numeric result on Aplomia is an estimate based on the inputs you enter and the assumptions built into each tool. Results may differ from actual figures provided by employers, lenders, tax authorities, or other authoritative sources.
Do not rely on Aplomia results as the sole basis for real-world financial, tax, legal, employment, housing, debt, insurance, or investment decisions. Confirm any number that matters with the authoritative source or a qualified professional.
Intellectual property
All content on Aplomia — including tool designs, calculation logic, article text, graphics, and brand elements — is owned by Aplomia or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to reproduce, modify, or distribute Aplomia content beyond what is expressly permitted above.
User-provided content
If you submit content to Aplomia (such as feedback, suggestions, or feature requests), you grant Aplomia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and incorporate that content without obligation or compensation to you.
You represent that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights and complies with these Terms.
Third-party links and services
Aplomia may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services for infrastructure. Aplomia does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site or service.
Disclaimers
Aplomia is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Aplomia does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aplomia and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Aplomia's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the site shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aplomia and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

Aplomia may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Aplomia after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Material changes will be announced via a site notice or email to registered users when feasible.
